Simran Brar, OD, is an optometrist specializing in pediatric eye care. She provides quality pediatric optometric services to the Arizona communities of Phoenix and Mesa at ABC Children’s Eye Specialists.
Dr. Brar is dedicated to providing exceptional optometric care for children of all ages. She has completed advanced training in the treatment and management of various pediatric ocular conditions including amblyopia, strabismus, and infant aphakia.
Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Brar earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. She graduated with Honors as well as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, Tomb & Key Honor Society, and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. She then completed her residency training in pediatric optometry at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO.
In her leisure time, Dr. Brar enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and a good cup of chai tea.
